Can I add individual items to the ready to ship gift boxes?

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?

Each JEI COLLECTIVE gift box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Every item is checked for quality before it leaves our studio.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, as each box is custom-packed and made to order. However, if your gift arrives damaged or contains an error, we’ll make it right.

To begin a claim:

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

Shipping information

At JEI Collective, every gift box is thoughtfully packed as if we were sending it to someone we love. From the wrap to the ribbon, we take care to ensure your gift arrives just as beautifully as it left us.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. We work with a range of trusted carriers to ensure your gift arrives as quickly and reliably as possible.

Canada

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 9 business days.
An express option is available at checkout, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

United States

Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 to 8 business days.
Express shipping is available and generally arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
